一、黃色環氧板簡介
  環氧樹脂是泛指分子中含有兩個或兩個以上環氧基團的****高分子化合物,除個別外,它們的相對分子質量都不高。環氧樹脂的分子結構是以分子鏈中含有活潑的環氧基團為其特征,環氧基團可以位于分子鏈的末端、中間或成環狀結構。由于分子結構中含有活潑的環氧基團,使它們可與多種類型的固化劑發生交聯反應而形成不溶、不熔的具有三向網狀結構的高聚物。
黃色環氧板是由玻璃纖維布用環氧樹脂粘合而成加溫加壓制作,型號為3240,在中溫下機械性能高,在高溫下電氣性能穩定。適用于機械、電器及電子用高絕緣結構零部件,具有高的機械和介電性能較好的耐熱性和耐潮性。耐熱等級F級(155度)。

5、在高溫180℃的情況下受熱變形,一般不與其他金屬在一塊受熱,可能引起金屬板材變形。

二、黃色環氧板應用特性
1、 形式多樣。各種樹脂、固化劑、改性劑體系幾乎可以適應各種應用對形式提出的要求,其范圍可以從極低的粘度到高熔點固體。
2、 固化方便。選用各種不同的固化劑,環氧樹脂體系幾乎可以在0~180℃溫度范圍內固化。
3、 粘附力強。環氧樹脂分子鏈中固有的極性羥基和醚鍵的存在,使其對各種物質具有很高的粘附力。環氧樹脂固化時的收縮性低,產生的內應力小,這也有助于提高粘附強度。
4、 收縮性低。環氧樹脂和所用的固化劑的反應是通過直接加成反應或樹脂分子中環氧基的開環聚合反應來進行的,沒有水或其它揮發性副產物放出。它們和不飽和聚酯樹脂、酚醛樹脂相比,在固化過程中顯示出很低的收縮性(小于2%)。
5、 力學性能。固化后的環氧樹脂體系具有優良的力學性能。
