一、環氧樹脂板廠家簡介
   環氧樹脂是泛指分子中含有兩個或兩個以上環氧基團的****高分子化合物,除個別外,它們的相對分子質量都不高。環氧樹脂的分子結構是以分子鏈中含有活潑的環氧基團為其特征,環氧基團可以位于分子鏈的末端、中間或成環狀結構。由于分子結構中含有活潑的環氧基團,使它們可與多種類型的固化劑發生交聯反應而形成不溶、不熔的具有三向網狀結構的高聚物。

二、環氧樹脂板廠家應用特性
1、 形式多樣。各種樹脂、固化劑、改性劑體系幾乎可以適應各種應用對形式提出的要求,其范圍可以從極低的粘度到高熔點固體。
2、 固化方便。選用各種不同的固化劑,環氧樹脂體系幾乎可以在0~180℃溫度范圍內固化。
3、 粘附力強。環氧樹脂分子鏈中固有的極性羥基和醚鍵的存在,使其對各種物質具有很高的粘附力。環氧樹脂固化時的收縮性低,產生的內應力小,這也有助于提高粘附強度。
4、 收縮性低。環氧樹脂和所用的固化劑的反應是通過直接加成反應或樹脂分子中環氧基的開環聚合反應來進行的,沒有水或其它揮發性副產物放出。它們和不飽和聚酯樹脂、酚醛樹脂相比,在固化過程中顯示出很低的收縮性(小于2%)。
5、 力學性能。固化后的環氧樹脂體系具有優良的力學性能。
6、 電性能。固化后的環氧樹脂體系是一種具有高介電性能、耐表面漏電、耐電弧的優良絕緣材料。
7、 化學穩定性。通常,固化后的環氧樹脂體系具有優良的耐堿性、耐酸性和耐溶劑性。像固化環氧體系的其它性能一樣,化學穩定性也取決于所選用的樹脂和固化劑。適當地選用環氧樹脂和固化劑,可以使其具有特殊的化學穩定性能。
8、 尺寸穩定性。上述的許多性能的綜合,使環氧樹脂體系具有突出的尺寸穩定性和耐久性。
9、 耐霉菌。固化的環氧樹脂體系耐大多數霉菌,可以在苛刻的熱帶條件下使用。

7、環氧樹脂和所用的固化劑的反應是通過直接加成反應或樹脂分子中環氧基的開環聚合反應來進行的,沒有水或其它揮發性副產物放出。它們和不飽和聚酯樹脂、酚醛樹脂相比,在固化過程中顯示出很低的收縮性(小于2%)。
